In September of 2019, my business was slower than normal, but I was ready for more. On October 4th, I set an intention to manifest $300K in 30 days and decided that when I did, I would achieve a lifelong goal of donating a large sum of money to a charity. With renewed inspiration, I set my mindset on my goal and took inspired action. By Halloween, I had achieved my goal. On Christmas eve, my teenage sons handed our Pastor a check for $250,000 as a donation for a renovation of our local soup kitchen and clothing closet.

I Get What I Want When I'm Clear
After my son’s third car accident in less than two years, I was exhausted—tired of dealing with insurance companies, the back-and-forth, and always feeling like I had to fight just to be heard. But this time, I decided to do things differently. Instead of stressing, I tapped into the power of my mind. I got still, took a breath, and visualized the exact outcome I wanted. I didn't look up car values or do any research—I simply decided what the car was worth to me and held that number clearly in my mind. I submitted the claim and released it, trusting the process. Incredibly, the insurance company responded faster than ever before and offered me the exact amount I had visualized—no negotiating, no struggle. Excited, I went straight to the dealership. When I showed the finance manager the offer, he was stunned. “They gave you what?!” he said, unable to find a single comparable car worth that much. I just smiled and said, "I get what I want when I’m clear." He laughed and said, “Then I’m getting out of your way.” And just like that, we effortlessly agreed on the perfect price for my son’s next car. No stress. No friction. Just clarity, confidence, and manifestation in action. Because when you align your mind with what you truly want, the universe delivers. Every time.
Kim Made Me a Believer
I’ve been very fortunate to be able to work with Kim for a number of years, and I can hands-down say she is the best in the biz! We worked long and hard on mindset and she has made me a believer. When I first started my business I was really struggling to “get over the hump.” Kim would constantly remind me to keep an abundance mindset. So one night, my wife and I attended a local fundraiser for our towns fire dept which was also coincided with the anniversary of 9/11. Being an NYC kid, this event held a special place to me. Are you ok with that?” She agreed and my hand shot up in the air (remember, my business was in the DUMPS at this time – so to say it was a risk – and that I appreciated my wife – would be an understatement). The next Monday morning, only two days later I received a call from one of my business partners that a placement I had made was reupping their investment and as a result I was due a commission on the deal. Would you believe it that the commission for that deal was almost EXACTLY 10x the donation I had made just two nights prior!? Literally almost to the penny!! These are the types of ways the universe can pay you back when you have an abundance mindset and you manifest what is already yours. There is no one quite like Kim Daly to equip you with the tools you need to do just that. She’s the best! Dream Big!!
When we were living in Denver, we decided to sell our house—even though the market was weak and the feedback was loud:
“You’ll never sell… especially at that price point.”

So I made it my mantra: “It only takes one.” I repeated it daily—especially when the doubt crept in.

Manifestation, Napa, and the Power of Belief
For my birthday, I flew out to Napa with one dream in mind: dinner at The French Laundry. If you know, you know—it’s nearly impossible to get in without planning six months ahead. We had two days.
I’d been studying manifestation and decided this was the moment to put it into practice. I called, asked for a reservation on my birthday, at 6:30pm—not too early, not too late. The woman on the phone actually laughed. But I didn’t flinch. I knew what I wanted.
Then I did something even bolder: I went shopping for the perfect birthday dinner dress… without a reservation in hand.
The next day, the phone rang.
“I can’t believe I’m saying this,” the woman said, “but we just had a cancellation—exactly four people, 6:30, on your birthday.”
Dream. Dinner. Dress. Delivered.
This moment reminded me so much of what Kim Daly stands for: when you get clear on your vision, commit fully, and move with confidence—even before everything lines up—amazing things can happen. Kim is a force of positivity and purpose, and I’m so grateful for the example she sets.
