From the dotcom era to franchisepreneurship.
I have been a small business owner since I was 25 years old, starting out as an entrepreneur in the dotcom era but settling into franchisepreneurship as a franchise consultant with FranChoice in 2002. Over the last 20+ years, I have created nearly one thousand small business owners in the USA, and since 2011, I have been a history making, top performing consultant. Through the recession of 2010, the Pandemic of 2020 and every year in between, I have figured out how to adapt, pivot, and innovate so that I could serve more people and build an extraordinary life for my family through franchising.
Before becoming a franchise consultant, I was an entrepreneur and the co-founder of BeHealthyNow.com, the health & fitness marketplace partnered with USATODAY.com. I co-founded The Premier Fitness & Wellness Club and MyFitnessClub.com. I worked as a consultant at eDiets.com to launch eFitness.com, and I sold fitness products for Denise Austin and fitness manufacturers on QVC US and QVC UK.

01 - Science, sport and study
I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in nutritional biochemistry and a minor in sports nutrition. I worked as a personal trainer through college, and those who know me personally will attest that my true passions in life are nutrition and fitness.
02 - Raised on the stage
I grew up in the theater and on stage competing in pageants, talent shows and essay competitions. I was Miss NH National Preteen 1984, Miss New Hampshire National Teenager 1988, First Runner-Up to Miss National Teen-ager 1988 and Miss New Hampshire 1990.
03 - Family first
Today, I am a proud Mother of two amazing teenage boys who are planning on opening businesses with their Mom after college. We live on the seacoast of New Hampshire.
