I have been a small business owner since I was 25 years old, starting out as an entrepreneur in the dotcom era but settling into franchisepreneurship as a franchise consultant with FranChoice in 2002. Over the last 20+ years, I have created nearly one thousand small business owners in the USA, and since 2011, I have been a history making, top performing consultant. Through the recession of 2010, the Pandemic of 2020 and every year in between, I have figured out how to adapt, pivot, and innovate so that I could serve more people and build an extraordinary life for my family through franchising.

Before becoming a franchise consultant, I was an entrepreneur and the co- founder of BeHealthyNow.com, the health & fitness marketplace partnered with USATODAY.com. I co-founded The Premier Fitness & Wellness Club and MyFitnessClub.com. I worked as a consultant at eDiets.com to launch eFitness.com, and I sold fitness products for Denise Austin and fitness manufacturers on QVC US and QVC UK.

I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in nutritional biochemistry and a minor in sports nutrition. I worked as a personal trainer through college, and those who know me personally will attest that my true passions in life are nutrition and fitness.

I grew up in the theater and on stage competing in pageants, talent shows and essay competitions. I was Miss NH National Preteen 1984, Miss New Hampshire National Teenager 1988, First Runner -Up to Miss National Teen-ager 1988 and Miss New Hampshire 1990.

Today, I am a proud Mother of two amazing teenage boys who are planning on opening businesses with their Mom after college. We live on the seacoast of New Hampshire.

Business ownership is a personal growth journey in disguise. If you want to build wealth, you must learn to feel wealthy despite what the world is telling you. If you want to feel successful, you must learn to embody the success you want before you have it. If you want true freedom through business ownership, you must create reality rather than face reality.

We create our reality through the thoughts that we think and the words that we speak.

We are powerful creators whether we realize it or not.

Einstein said, “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”
